Lynn Reynolds:  Sounds like an infection or residual effects of a previous one. If you have not had the correct coverage or it isn’t up to date; it is likely there is something that needs to be removed.
There are 2 things we need to do.

- The first is getting the current infection removed so any security software can install properly and before further damage is done.
- Second, is to determine the best protection options for how you use the internet to prevent future infections.
