What a great start to the New Year. Apparently, the reservoir was empty (again), which resulted in the village having no water on New Year’s Day. Great stuff!

Cat mauled to death by two dogs….
A lurcher and a staffordshire terrier mauled a cat to death a few nights ago in the village. The two dogs were seen roaming the streets from 9.00pm. If anyone is missing a cat, or knows anyone who is missing a black cat with white feet, get in touch.
